Ewing Pre-School
Ewing CYO Pre-School is a year-round, New Jersey State Licensed and NAEYC Accredited pre-school program located at the Hollowbrook Community Center in Ewing. We offer a newly renovated facility with a beautiful playground in a lovely suburban setting. We use the Creative Curriculum in our classrooms, which is the same curriculum utilized by the Trenton Board of Education (formerly referred to as Abbott) programs. This curriculum assists our program in its mission to take a “Whole Child” approach to education. We believe that children are best served when we focus on all areas of child development, including social, emotional, cognitive and physical and the Creative Curriculum, as employed by our dedicated, nurturing and qualified staff, allows us to bring out the best in every single child. Our program serves children ages 2 ½ to 5 years of age.
Ewing CYO Pre-School is participating in the Grow NJ Kids program. Grow NJ Kids is the new quality rating and improvement system which was implemented to establish a universal standard of quality for all early childhood education and childcare programs throughout the state. It is under the direction of the State of New Jersey Department of Human Services & Division of Family Development.
Year-round 7:30 am – 5:30 pm Ages 2 ½-5 Child Care Connection vouchers accepted (New Jersey Cares for Kids, Work First, and Mercer County Voucher) Private subsidies available on a limited basis. Ewing CYO Summer Camp
Ewing CYO Summer Camp is a 9 week summer recreation program for children ages 5-10. Please note that 5 year olds must have completed kindergarten prior to enrolling in summer camp. In addition to daily recreation activities such as arts & crafts, board games, video games and outdoor play, we offer swimming every day in the Hollowbrook Community Center swimming pool. We will be offering field trips this summer as well as a few onsite enrichment programs for campers.
Dates: Full 9 weeks: Monday, June 24 – Friday, August 23, 2024 5 Week Program: Monday, June 24 – Friday, July 26, 2024 4 Week Program – Monday, July 29 – Friday, August 23, 2024
Tuition: Full 9 Weeks: $1,190 5 Weeks 750 4 Weeks 600
